Two Hours of immersive sound bath and mediation
Wednesday November 28th 6:30-8:30pm $40.00 + gst

Start off with a guided meditation; a full body scan.
While your body awareness is heightened we will then gently introduce you to sound.

With the focus spotlighted on your entire body it can amp up your sound bath experience or it’s a great way to get more familar with your body and its subtle messages it might be sending you.
The sound may help release any sensations or emotions that may come up during the meditation.

Yoga Nidra can be a revolutionary way to cut out the resistance and mental chatter you experience when you sit down for meditation.
Settle in under a blanket supported by props, warmed by the radiant heated floors and fireplace and experience what all the fuss is about.
