A 6 week series for those living with PTSD or the effects of Trauma.
Tuesdays at 6pm $115.00+gst Starts February 20th.
Yoga can offer us space to observe ourselves and tools for symptom management. This 6 week Trauma Informed series is part discussion and part practice. We’ll discuss trauma and its effects on the nervous system and then we’ll work on one yogic practice a week that may or may not be helpful as an addition to your personal toolkit. This series is appropriate for all levels.

Tiffany Rose is one of the only empirically trained PTSD Yoga educators and facilitators in Alberta, she owns LacOMbe Yoga and is on faculty with several teacher training academies, she also teaches workshops for people who serve and support those who may be living with the effects of trauma.

Is that really good for everyone? What are the rules, anyway? How do you know you’re crushing it — or does it matter?
Join Matthew and the gang for an evening’s discussion, exploration, and practice of meditation. Bring snacks and clothes that are comfy to move and sit in. We’ll demystify this weird practice, and wonder whether some version of it might be helpful for you in the long term.

 Have you heard about our OMazing Kid’s Yoga program? Miss Jamie teaches our little OMies 5-12 years old, how to manage stress, anxiety and the tough things about being a kid through fun, adventure and yoga magic. Children experience increased confidence and learn how to practice the yogic art of loving kindness toward themselves and the world around them.

Thursdays at 4:00pm for 6 weeks, this session starts on Thursday February 22nd. Minimum numbers required to run, no refunds or transfers on passes once minimums are met.
