Yoga can offer us some great tools for managing anxiety and the symptoms of anxiety disorders. In this 4 week series you will explore physical movement, breath work, mantra and mudra as you discover which tools will be effective for you and which will not. This series is trauma informed. Join Lacombe based artist Lauren Cowles for a very special workshop where we will create a beautiful custom 8×10 birch tree piece. We will also enjoy a one hour session of deeply relaxing and restorative yin yoga. This event is open to all levels of experience.
