Haha Yoga is a classical traditional practice rooted in finding balance in the postures (asanas) we use the concept of sun/moon yin/yang or push/pull to find steadiness and ease.
This class is perfect if you are new to yoga, begin your practice with care.
EveryBODY can do yoga, you'll break down postures, use modifications and props to help you feel confident.
This class is beginner friendly
Hips + Core VinyasaBy Tiffany Rose
Join Tiffany Rose for a flow class with a special focus on activating and strengthening the core and hips. Flow and sweat to a fun soundtrack, the best way to progress with this class is to practice consistently (3-4 times a week). We highly recommend you combine this class with other vinyasa and flow classes for a full body effect.
This class is challenging, faster paced and is not appropriate for those who do not have a pre-existing fitness practice or who haven’t been practicing yoga regularly. If you are unsure please feel free to ask us.
If you are brand new to fitness you may want to check out Beginners Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:45pm.
This class occurs twice weekly, Tuesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 6:00pm
Throwback Thursday FlowBy Tiffany Rose
This fun, energizing flow class set to a throwback inspired playlist.
Prepare to move, sweat and laugh. Suitable for most, if you are brand new to yoga or have any reason to believe this class may not work for you, please feel free to contact us to discuss which class is right for you.
Warm VinyasaBy Maddy Walker
Heat things up with a vigorous flow class!
This class is challenging and sweaty but is accessible to most levels.
If you are brand new to yoga, injured or have any health issues please consider starting out with Beginners Yoga, Restorative or Yin Yoga.
Yin + LoveBy Tiffany Rose
This class is basically a guided nap, we move into deeply restful postures supported by props.
Essential oils are incorporated into the practice and the teacher offers hands-on massage and assists while you rest.
Yoga for BacksBy Tiffany Rose
Join Tiffany Rose for a therapeutic-based class that focuses on the back.
All levels are welcome.
We begin with mindful breathing and opening, followed by gentle awakening and awareness, finishing with a massage-type myofascial release with therapy balls and deep relaxation.
This is a studio favourite, and is a great class for beginners. Please arrive early to ensure your spot and set up with props.
