EveryBODY can do yoga, you'll break down postures, use modifications and props to help you feel confident.
If you've been away from your mat and you'd like a refresher this class is for you too!
Hips + Core VinyasaBy Tiffany Rose
Join Tiffany Rose for a flow class with a special focus on activating and strengthening the core and hips. Flow and sweat to a fun soundtrack, the best way to progress with this class is to practice consistently (3-4 times a week). We highly recommend you combine this class with other vinyasa and flow classes for a full body effect.
This class is challenging, faster paced and is not appropriate for those who do not have a pre-existing fitness practice or who haven’t been practicing yoga regularly. If you are unsure please feel free to ask us.
If you are brand new to fitness you may want to check out Beginners Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:45pm.
This class occurs twice weekly, Tuesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 6:00pm
Kids YogaBy Jamie De Koning
This class is perfect for Kid's aged 5-12!
A six week series where Little OMies learn how Yoga can help us move our bodies, breathe deeply, manage difficulty.
Miss Jamie brings nature appreciation, kindness and compassionate action toward ourselves, our cOMmunity, animals and nature. She also weaves First Nation's teachings and wisdom into the class.
This is such a rich and rewarding experience for Kids. We are an inclusive environment and we will accommodate disabilities and/or special needs, please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
*This class is a specialty series and is not eligible for use with your monthly or 10 visit pass, drop ins will be welcOMe once we have our minimum numbers.
The pass for this series is non transferrable and expires at the end of the series. Please note that our Kids/Tween drop in pass is 15.00+gst

This class is challenging and sweaty but is accessible to most levels.

This class is basically a guided nap, we move into deeply restful postures supported by props.
Essential oils are incorporated into the practice and the teacher offers hands-on massage and assists while you rest.

Yin Yoga offers meditative stillness in long held postures supported by props.
This practice is widely beneficial for many different reasons. Many athletes love practicing Yin Yoga along with those who have tight joints.
Each teacher brings a different style and flavour to this practice so be sure to try them all out.

Yoga and the art of LosingBy Tiffany Rose
A 6 week series for those living with PTSD or the effects of Trauma.
Tuesdays at 6pm $115.00+gst Starts February 20th.
Yoga can offer us space to observe ourselves and tools for symptom management. This 6 week Trauma Informed series is part discussion and part practice. We'll discuss trauma and its effects on the nervous system and then we'll work on one yogic practice a week that may or may not be helpful as an addition to your personal toolkit. This series is appropriate for all levels.

In this class you will explore physical movement, breath work, mantra and mudra as you discover which tools will be effective for you and which will not. This series is trauma informed. Join Tiffany Rose for a therapeutic-based class that focuses on the back.
All levels are welcome.
We begin with mindful breathing and opening, followed by gentle awakening and awareness, finishing with a massage-type myofascial release with therapy balls and deep relaxation.
This is a studio favourite, and is a great class for beginners. Please arrive early to ensure your spot and set up with props.
